an oil for moisturizing dry hair
Ingredients:
1 C herb infused olive oil1 C liquid lecithin1 T of melted shea butter A few squirts of jojoba oilA few drops essential oil for scent
Instructions:
Melt the oils and pour into a bottle. Use only a small amount at a time. I like to infuse my olive oil with conditioning herbs like rosemary, nettle, and chamomile leaves for a special conditioning treat. You can do this by putting the dry herbs in a big jar, then put the jar outside in sun and leave it for a week. Be sure to shake it up everyday. Then strain oil through cheesecloth or a fine strainer to remove herbs. Or, you can put the herbs in a large, plastic measuring cup, pour the oil over the herbs and put the measuring cup inside a large pan filled with water. Simmer over low heat for about and hour, then strain.

5 tsp. or 15 ml Jojoba oil4 tsp. or 12 ml Neem oil1 tsp. or 3 ml Hemp seed oil2 drops each of these essential oils:PalmarosaLavenderCarrot SeedCajeputRosemaryBay LeafChamomile, either Roman or Blue
Instructions:
Mix carrier oils, then add essential oils. This provides optimal dilution of essential oil to carrier oil, that is, 14 drops/oz.Mix & warm by rolling bottle in hands, do not heat over flame or in microwave.
Massage a few drops daily with finger tips into flaky, red, or itchy areas on the scalp (leaves hands nice and soft afterwards, too!)
Cautions: Leave out rosemary if being used by a pregnant person

***Ingredients:
Carrier oils:
1 oz. (30 ml.) Jojoba oil
4 tsp. (20 ml.) Neem oil
1 tsp. (5 ml) Hemp seed oil
1 tsp (5 ml.) borage oil Essential oils:
2-3 drops Palmarosa oil
2-3 drops Lavender oil
2-3 drops Bergamot oil
2-3 drops Carrot seed oil
2-3 drops Cajeput oil
2-3 drops Rosemary oil
10 drops Bay leaf oil (NOTE: this is Pimenta racemosa, which is used for dandruff & hair care. This is not the same as Bay Laurel - Laurus nobilis - which can cause dermatitis.)
Instructions:
Blend and bottle the oils. This has proved to be very helpful to my husband's itchy, flaky scalp, and he loves the smell of the combination! The essential oils are all suggested for eczema, psoriasis, itching, dandruff, oil production regulation, or skin regeneration. The hemp seed oil is 10% of the recipe, and the essential oils together are at most 2%. Shake gently and put a few drops on fingertips to massage into freshly-shampoo'd scalp where there is scaling and flaking. Protect scalp from sunlight, as bergamot can be phototoxic

Alaus

***1-2 saukstus jojobos aliejaus sumaisyti su puodeliu alaus, sutepti, ismasazuoti ir skalaut

***BEER SHAMPOO
Select herbal shampoo (i.e. chamomile, lavender or rosemary)
Heat 1 1/2 cups of regular beer to boil
Boil until beer reduces to a 1/4 cup
Mix beer into 3/4 full shampoo bottle (no water necessary)
Massage well into wet scalp
Wait for 2 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water

BEER CONDITIONING RINSE
Grab old can/bottle of flat, stale beer
Pour beer over hair
Do not rinse
Add honey
Allow contents to soak into hair
Lightly towel-dry hair
Wait for beer to set

Beer Hair Rinse
1 oz distilled or clean catch rain water
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
7 drops lemon essential oil
1 ounce beer (stale works fine)
5 drops rosemary essential oil
5 drops calendula essential oil (optional, but recommended for blondes)

Mix all ingredients together. Use as a final rinse, rinse well. Beer adds protein to make hair shiny and make it feel thicker.
***Supplies:
1/2 cup - Dark Beer
1/4 cup - Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp - Rosemary Essential Oil
Instructions:You need to use a dark beer for this recipe. Light beers don't give the same body and shine to hair that a dark beer does. You also want the beer to be mostly flat. The carbonation isn't great for your strands, but a little doesn't hurt.
Mix the beer, vinegar and essential oil together in a container. Mix very well. If possible, put in a lidded container and shake well to truly mix. I pour the mixture into a glass measuring cup to make it easier to use.
Shampoo, rinse, condition, and rinse your hair as usual. Pour the beer mixture over your hair, making sure to douse every single strand. Let the rinse sit on your hair for about one minute. Then lightly rinse the mixture out, using lukewarm or cool water. You don't want to over rinse, it will wash all that lovely shine and body out. If you under rinse you'll walk around smelling like stale beer and vinegar.

1 Teaspoon Crystal Manna-Blue Green Algae
1/2 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
1 Tablespoon Truffle Oil

Add 1 tea-spoon of drawn honey and mix all ingredients. Put the mixture on the head skin and rub into hair on its length. Cover head with polyethylene and towel above. In 25-30 minutes wash hair with any soft shampoo. Make such procedure 3-4 times a month.

***Sure you don’t like these ingredients, but they can be very useful if your hair needs additional nutrition. If you want to return vital energy to your hair, make the special mask from castor oil and cod-liver oil. Mix 1 tea-spoon of cod-liver oil with 1 table-spoon of castor oil and warm on the water bath. Rub oil-mixture into head skin by finger-tips. Leave mask on the skin for 10 minutes. In this time beat yolk with 1 table-spoon of your shampoo till foam. Put the mixture on the head skin and hair above mask. Wait for 5 minutes and wash the head
